Welcome to Stourbridge Running Club

Running not only gets you fit and keeps you healthy, it is a great opportunity to make new friends. Running with others helps with motivation and is a great way to lift your spirits.

Stourbridge Running Club have approximately 100 members who range from 18 to 70+ and run every Monday and Wednesday at 7pm. We have various pace groups (each with a run leader), ranging from 7 to 12+ mins per mile from a couple of miles upwards. Groups go out on average for 45-70 mins, with runs being mainly off road during the summer months and on the roads in the winter.
