We’re really excited to let you know that from the 24th January we will (re)starting a beginners and returning runners group.
The group will be a great way for people who are new to running or making their way back to the sport after a break (injury, maternity, life in general…) to get back on the roads and trails.
Lead my experienced run leaders, it’ll run at 7pm on Wednesdays with participants also welcome to attend our track nights at The Dell that are every other Friday.
