Steve v Snowdon
Steve enjoyed a wonderful time at the Snowdonia Marathon Eryri 2022. Just look at his little face!
The event is a road based marathon, taking in 3 big climbs, including Pen-y-Pass at mile 2 and a beast of a climb from Waunfawr at mile 22, before a very sketchy descent to the finish. This was the 38th running of the event, and the first for 3 years. Apparently there was a pandemic or something…
The event was top class, beautiful scenery, great atmosphere and the support was awesome as well.
Steve completed the event in 3:38, which given the elevation he was very happy with indeed. Bravo!
